Exchange and return policy
Exchange Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within three days from the time of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after three days have passed.
2- To replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
3- When exchanging products, please make sure to return the product with all its packaging, including the transparent packaging of the piece, the carton and the bag.
The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:
If the product is defective due to (improper possession by the consumer).
Return Policy:
We are fully prepared to refund the amount paid for returned products within 21 days from the delivery date provided that they comply with the following guidelines:
1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to return the product provided to him from the store within 24 hours from the time of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to return the product after that.
2- The product must be in good condition to be returned and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
3- When returning products, please make sure to return the product with all its packaging, including the transparent packaging of the piece, the carton and the bag.
4- Under special circumstances and without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the customer has the right, if he receives a wrong product or a product different from the one he ordered or its specifications are different from those shown on the website, we will arrange the process of returning the product and replacing it free of charge, but the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
The refund process will take 14-21 business days.
-There is a replacement and return fee of 35 riyals.
Discounted goods are not returnable or exchangeable.
